Responsible for organization and legal review of enterprises and contents of contracts in accordance with the law
– Orientation and development of documents, legal advice internal and external clients
– Develop a legal risk control mechanism for the whole system
– Analyze the situation, assess the overall situation and propose solutions to settle disputes, complaints and lawsuits so as to ensure the interests of the telesales and the Group.
– System and update of legal changes to the board of directors and departments
– Direction and control of compliance with procedures, forms, legal documents
